If you come to the end of your instrument rental and would like to transfer your policy over to another instrument, this can be done online at no extra cost.

There are no excess payment to be made on claiming, just follow the proceedure below.

If you have concert, exam or audition that requires you to rent or borrow an instrument, you can benefit from 21 days of additional cover up to a value of £3,500 (just notify your insurer in advance if you wish to utilise this)

If you need an instrument to keep you going between repair or replacement or while your claim is being proccessed. Simply keep hold of your receipts as a portion of this can be covered under your policy.

The Claims Procedure
Repair Estimate
Acquire a repair estimate, from a trusted repair technician of your choice.
This should be as detailed as possible. Including instrument specs such as serial number and model, as well as repair charges inclusive of VAT and parts.
Submit for Processing
Once your claim has been submitted it can typically take up to 5 working days for it to be proccessed, if you need a rental instrument in this time please don’t hesitate to get in contact.
Arrange Payment
Payment can be arranged direct from the insurer to the repair technician or retailer. but if your prefer you can cover the costs your self and claim the the costs back at a later date.
