Returns Policy

We will accept returned items according to the following policy:

1. The item can be a new or refurbished instrument or spare part.

2. Instruments can be returned for any reason.

3. Spares can only be returned if they are defective.

4. You can return your item for an exchange or refund.

5. You have 30 days to return the item to us.

6. You must return it to the store where you purchased it, returns by post are not accepted.

7. If you choose a refund, you should expect to receive funds within 7 days.
