At Woodwind London, we’re proud to provide day rentals of woodwind, brass and other instruments for video shoots, photo sessions and commercials. Whether your production calls for a vintage clarinet, a striking saxophone, or a classic flute, our collection of well-maintained instruments adds authenticity and visual impact to any project.

We regularly work with creative teams who need high-quality props on a tight schedule, and we make the process simple and reliable. For added convenience, we can also deliver within a one-mile radius, so your instruments arrive safely and on time.

How It Works

    A refundable deposit of £60 is taken by card in advance of the instrument being rented. This deposit is held until the rental agreement is concluded and will be refunded in full, less any deductions, upon return or purchase of the instrument.

  • ✺ Insurance (Mandatory)

    Please note: Due to the high value of this item, a mandatory 3rd party insurance policy is required at an additional cost (approx £25)

    All instruments are conditionally insured against damage, which is included in the cost of the rental agreement. An excess payment equivalent to two months rent is payable upon all claims relating to damage & repair of the instrument. This insurance does *not* cover theft, loss or damage resulting from clear misuse of the instrument.

    Lost or stolen instruments will need to be settled at full retail price, minus the holding deposit and paid excess.

    Damage repair decisions are at the discretion of the staff member assessing the instrument.

    Should the instrument require a repair taking longer than 2 working days a replacement instrument will be provided for the duration of the repair.

    The customer is fully responsible for ensuring the instrument is not lost or stolen.
