All the clarinets we sell have been assessed by our technicians, any worn or perished components (such as pads, tenon corks and regulating materials) are replaced,
Key regulation is adjusted and the instrument is given a full vacuum and play test.

We offer a click and collect service from our muswell hill workshop. after completing your purchase you can select a time slot for your instruments to be available.

For our local customers we offer a hand delivery service within the north london area, subject to availabilty.

As these items have been serviced in our workshop we are happy to offer a 12 month warranty on the consumable components (pads, corks and felts)
Please note repairs will not be covered that are as a result of wear and tear or clear miss-use.
