How It Works

Please note: All instruments are conditionally insured against damage, which is included in the cost of the rental agreement. This insurance does *not* cover theft, loss or damage resulting from clear misuse of the instrument. Extra insurance for theft and loss can be purchased if needed.

Lost or stolen instruments will need to be settled at full retail price, minus the holding deposit.

Damage repair decisions are at the discretion of the staff member assessing the instrument.
